Terms

These terms cover privatecompute.com, the capacity board run under the name Private Compute. By posting or sending an inquiry you agree to them.

The board is an introduction

Private Compute publishes posts and stores inquiries. It is not the seller, the buyer, the broker of record, or a party to any contract that follows. Access, payment, service levels, and delivery are between the poster and the person who replies.

Your post

You confirm that what you publish is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to offer or request it, and that it is lawful. You give Private Compute permission to display the public fields. You can pause or close a live post from its manage link.

Example posts

Cards marked Example are fictional. They are not an offer of capacity. Do not rely on them.

No verification yet

This version does not inspect data centers or confirm that hardware exists. Read commercial posts with that limit in mind.

Acceptable use

Do not post malware, stolen capacity, deceptive identities, or anything you cannot lawfully transact. Do not hammer the forms. We may remove a post or a message that breaks these terms.

Liability

The board is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, Private Compute is not liable for lost profits, failed deliveries, or decisions you make from a post. Nothing here limits liability that the law refuses to limit.

Changes

These terms can be updated by publishing a new version on this page. Continuing to post after that means you accept the new version.
